The man behind circulating the ‘nude party’ poster on the web for over a week has been netted by the police in Bihar, according to Chief Minister Pramod Sawant.
Sawant was quoted as saying that the man circulated the posters online from Delhi but later moved to Bihar. He was tracked down by the location of the phone number which was printed on the poster.
A team of the Goa Police’s Crime Branch meanwhile had left the state to bring the man to Goa following which a probe will be launched to ascertain whether there indeed were plans to hold such a ‘nude party’ anywhere in Goa.
It will also be probed whether there was any conspiracy to defame Goa by competing tourism destinations, a top police officer attached to the Crime Branch said.
The alleged ‘nude party’, posters of which explicitly advertised “unlimited sex” and attendance of
10 to 15 foreigner girls, had caused a sensation in the State after they went viral on social media last weekend.
Sawant had ordered a police probe after news of the two racy posters which went viral was reported in the local media. According to the posters, the alleged ‘nude party’ was to be held in Morjim but the exact address was not revealed.
