MARGAO
A 10-year-old minor boy tried to run from his home at Nuvem to head to Karnataka just because his parents were pressurising him to study all the time.
However, before the boy could catch a bus at the Margao bus stand, a team of Maina-Curtorim police led by PI Mohan Gawde traced the boy waiting for the Karnataka-bound bus. After counselling, the police handed over the boy to the custody of the parents. The Maina-Curtorim police on Saturday evening received a complained from the father of the 10-year old minor boy, a resident of Nuvem that the minor boy had returned from school. However, when the boy’s mother told him to get ready for the tuitions, he left the house without informing anyone.
After a search of the boy at the nearby places turned futile, the parents appeared before the Maina-Curtorim police to lodge a missing report.
PI Gawde informed that upon receiving the report, he formed three different teams in search of the missing boy.
