Offence registered for holding bull fight

MARGAO: The Colva police have registered an offence for organising a bull fight at Colva on December 11.

According to Colva police, the bull fight was organised by two suspects - Edgar and Lesley, at Colva thereby subjecting the animals to cruelty.

Colva police have registered an offence under Section 11 (m) (n) of Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act.

Further investigations are in progress.
