The Additional Director of Panchayats (ADP) adjourned the Old Goa structure case to January 12 as the appellant sought more time to file reply on the intervention application of the fourth intervenor.
At the hearing on Tuesday, the appellant’s counsel informed that the copy of the fourth intervenor’s application was misplaced and hence sought more time to file reply.
The ADP SP Naik Goltekar then posted the matter for January 12, asking the appellant to file reply to the intervention application of the fourth intervenor Agnelo Barretto.
Notably, the structure has faced opposition from the public, with activists calling for its demolition.
