One drowns off Calangute
MAPUSA: A 32-year-old man drowned off Calangute beach on Thursday, Calangute Police said.
According to police, Nadamidoddi Raju of Telangana was brought dead at the Primary Health Centre in Candolim in a drowning case on Thursday evening.
Police conducted the inquest panchanama and sent the body to the GMC morgue, Bambolim.
Police do not suspect any foul pay in the case and registered a case of unnatural death under section 174 CrPC.
