One held guilty of rape

MARGAO: The South Goa Sessions Court on Tuesday held guilty one person for the alleged rape on a woman at Gogol in Margao in 2010.
The accused, Prashant Tari, will now be heard on the point of sentence by the Court on April 11.
In this case, the Margao police had arrested the accused for the alleged rape of the woman in January 2010. The case was investigated by Margao PSI Girendra Naik.
