One hurt in Davorlim accident
MARGAO: A two-wheeler rider was injured when an oncoming luggage rickshaw knocked him down at Dicarpale.
According to Maina-Curtorim police, the luggage rickshaw driven by one Abidulla, resident of Aquem-Baixo, knocked down the two-wheeler rider, one Nelson (55), a resident of Dramapur, who was proceeding on his scooter. Nelson suffered injuries in the process.
Maina-Curtorim police registered an offence under Sections 279 and 337 of IPC. Further investigations are in progress.
