The Pernem Taluka Farmers Seva Society will provide fertilizers, seeds and power tillers to the farmers in the taluka.
According to Society Chairman Milind Kerkar, 37 tonnes of seeds 'Jyoti' have been available to every village.
"Many villages have availed of the benefit. The seeds will be available at the society," said Kerkar.
"The society, which functions under the Krushi Kisan card society, has also made fertilizers available on loan up to Rs 8 lakh. Two power tillers have also been made available for the farmers from the taluka,” said Kerkar.
