Pernem Taluka Shetkari Seva Society (PTSSS) chairman, Milind Kerkar, said the Society will earn a profit of about Rs 45 lakh in this financial year, of which 50% will given to its members in the form of coupons for its own supermarket.

He was speaking at a function organised at Vidhyaprasarak hall at Morjim to distribute dividend and coupons.

“Coupons of Rs 150 were given this year and next year, and it will be increased to Rs 200-300,” said Kerkar.

Former Morjim sarpanch Dhananjay Shetgaokar, senior citizen Kalu Shetgaokar, Society director Vithoba Bagli, Gajanan Shet Korgaonkar and executive director Mohan Sawant were present on the occasion.
