Pirna man arrested for sending obscene pics to minor girl

Colvale Police on Monday arrested a 40-year-old man from Pirna on charges of sharing obscene photographs to a minor girl.

The accused has been identified as Abhishek Sawant. According to police, the mother of the girl filed a complaint alleging that on the pretext of befriending her daughter on Instagram, one person sent obscene pictures to her and demanded similar favours from her.

Mapusa SDPO Jivba Dalvi informed that a police team under his supervision immediately apprehended the accused. He is presently in police custody.
