Former MLA and TMC State president Kiran Kandolkar said the people were fed up with the BJP and did not trust Congress.
“BJP will be reduced to a single digit and will never be able to form a government in Goa,” Kandolkar said.
He said the TMC-MGP alliance has got a good response from the people and they would come to a handshaking distance to form the government.
“Our surveys reveal that MGP is winning seven seats and TMC will bag 12 seats,” he said.
Slamming the BJP State president Sadanand Tanavade and BJP organizing secretary Satish Dhond, he said the duo was constantly moving around the two polling stations no: 20 and 21 in Pirna on Monday influencing the voters there.
“There are more police stationed at these polling stations than voters. Both Tanavade and Dhond have created a fear psychosis at these two polling stations. They are influencing the voters there. In the ZP elections, our candidate had got a lead in these polling stations and we will repeat that,” he said.
TMC candidate of Tivim Kavita Kandolkar said that she was fighting to win in the constituency.
“If we win this seat, we will not support BJP to form the government,” Kavita said.
