Fomento Resources Private Limited on Saturday distributed rainwear and umbrellas to students of Government Primary School, Ambeaudoc-Sanvordem as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and commitments made during the public hearing for the Block IV–Kalay Mineral Block.
Speaker Ganesh Gaonkar distributed the rainwear to the students in the presence of Sanvordem Sarpanch Chinmai Naik and company officials Rajiv Kumar and Sandeep Morazkar.
The initiative aimed to help schoolchildren during the monsoon by providing quality rainwear to ensure their safety, comfort and regular attendance at school.
The dignitaries appreciated the company’s efforts towards the welfare of the local community and encouraged the students to continue their education with dedication.
Ganesh Gaonkar also interacted with the students, teachers and parents, stressing the importance of education, health and community development.
The school authorities thanked Fomento Resources Private Limited for providing timely support to the students.
