Religious ceremony of Saptah concludes

The religious ceremony of Lord Damodar Saptah came to an end on Tuesday afternoon with the immersion of sreefal that was placed at the feet of the lord last year.

The concluding religious ceremony started at about 11 am on Tuesday amid prayers and chanting of kirtans

by devotees.

The sreefal was then taken out by a devotee appointed by the Saptah bhajani committee. Devotees dancing to the tune of bhajans proceeded towards Vasco beach for immersion. The ceremony concluded at about 2 pm.
