MARGAO
South Goa MP Francisco Sardinha has demanded a white paper on the Coal block issue on the various aspects of the contentious issues, including the quantum of revenue Goa was expected to earn from the coal blocks.
The MP also publicly batted for a full-fledged cancer hospital and a virology institution at the Leprosy hospital, Curtorim instead of setting up an IRB camp on the land.
He also demanded that the government come clear on the Coastal Zone Management Plans in the form of white paper, to clear the air of suspicions on the plans.
