Fatorda police seen with the alleged accused in the scooter theft case.
MARGAO: Fatorda police has arrested a 65-year old resident of Gogol Housing Board and recovered from his possession a stolen bike.
Fatorda police station in-charge, PI Kapil Nayak informed that a resident of Ramnagri Mugali, Sao Jose de Areal, Vinod Kadam, had lodged a complaint his Dio scooter which was parked near Ram Mandir, Aba de Faria, was stolen by unknown persons.
He said the accused persons Gopal Naik, aged 65 years, a resident of Housing Board, Gogol was found moving with the two-wheeler. The scooter has been recovered.
The police is investigating.
