Goa recorded another 101 fresh Covid-19 infections in the last 24 hours with 863 samples being tested, pushing the positivity rate back up to 11.7%.
The State's active caseload also inched higher to 591 as just 71 full recoveries were reported in the daily health bulletin issued by the Directorate of Health Services.
There was no death in these 24 hours but one more Covid-19 patient was admitted to hospital.
With the fifth day visarjan on Sunday night likely to make adherence to Covid appropriate behaviour, health officials will be closely tracking the situation over the next few days including ramping up testing.
