Goa reported six fresh cases of Covid-19 at a positivity rate of 1.28% even as the State's Covid-19 management team is gearing up to ensure pandemic appropriate measures in the face of a predicted fourth wave of infections.
Health officials said six persons tested positive for Covid-19 from among 469 samples tested over the last 24 hours.
Also, five persons have been declared fully recovered and the State's active Covid-19 caseload is at 44.
Earlier this week, Chief Minister Pramod Sawant had appealed to the general public to stay vigilant and continue wearing face masks and adhering to Covid-19 appropriate behaviour in public spaces.
