Student commits suicide at BITS Pilani hostel

A 21-year-old computer science student studying at Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences (BITS Pilani), Zuarinagar, allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself in the hostel room early Monday morning.
According to Verna Police, Chamala Narsimha Reddy, native of Telangana and 4th year student of computer science at BITS Pilani, was found hanging in the hostel room with the help of a nylon rope to a ceiling fan.
Police said the incident occurred early Monday morning and the body has been sent for post-mortem. Police is investigating the case.

SHGs' mid-day meal contract extended
