PANAJI: Dr Martin and Dance Illusions team will be starting Easter special ballroom batch in basic

social-level dance classes for five consecutive Sundays starting from February 21, at Clube Harmonia, from 10.30 am to 1 pm.

Students will get to learn Cha cha, Jive, Salsa/Samba, Vienna Waltz, Waltz, Foxtrot and Tango.

Police’s suggestions on ATM security may miss deadline

After Goa was rocked by a series of ATM thefts, Goa Police met with the officials of Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and banking establishments last week to find out a way to make ATMs more secure. The police had suggested certain safety measures for banks to follow and had given banks 30 days to implement them, failing which police could take strict action.

But, it appears that it will be near impossible for banks to comply with these suggestions in 30 days time. The police had stressed that bank should start offering chip-based ATM card.
