Team Poland wins Lex Infinitum

PANAJI: Team of Jagiellonian University, Poland won Lex Infinitum-2016, international dispute resolution competition. Team Poland bagged seven awards at Lex Infinitum awards ceremony at Prainha Resort, Dona Paula. Team of Pravin Gandhi College of Law, Mumbai, was declared runners up and also won the award for best negotiating team. Jacek Czaja from Jagiellonian University, Poland won the best mediator award.

There were workshops, panel discussions, talk shows, lectures and training programmes, all happening around the main competition during the four-day competition. Teams from Poland and Afghanistan, besides 17 other colleges from India participated.

Lex Infinitum-2016 was an initiative by VM Salgaocar College of Law, Miramar and World Mediation Organisation, Berlin.
