Three held for assault

BICHOLIM: Bicholim Police arrested three persons from Mulgao-Bicholim on charges of assaulting a man from Banderwada-Bicholim near Bardez Bazar, Bicholim.

According to Bicholim Police, Salim Shaikh of Banderwada-Bicholim complained that the accused, Sandesh Gad, Ajay Gaonkar and Vitthal Rau, allegedly assaulted him with punches and a metal object, causing bleeding injuries to him.

All the accused have been arrested and police is investigating the case.
