A road was blocked after a tree collapsed on a house at Tuem Bandirwada on Saturday, also bringing power cables down with it. The Fire Services team rushed to the spot after being informed about the incident.
Namdev Parwar along with Vitthal Parab, JJ Shetgaonkar, Sandesh Pednekar, Sahdev Chodankar, Viraj Kinalekar, Jairam Kanolkar took action immediately and removed the tree. The owner of the house claimed that his losses are estimated to be around Rs 50,000.
