The victim filed a police complaint on Monday morning.According to Police, the victim in her complaint stated that both accused mentally harassed her by passing sexual comments and lewd remarks in the panchayat office.Police said the complainant further stated that on July 6 evening, both the accused passed sexual comments and lewd remarks at her, thereby molesting her in the presence of panchayat secretary, panchayat clerk and the peon.Acting on the complaint, Mapusa Police have registered an offence against the accused under Sections 451, 506, 504, 509, 354 (a) of IPC, informed PI Tushar Lotlikar.Mapusa Police PSI Tushar Lotlikar is investigating the case.
