US student goes missing from Anjuna

A 20-year-old US student who had arrived in Goa last month  apparently on a yoga trip and was lodging in the coastal village of  Anjuna has gone missing early Thursday morning even as police are  trying to trace her whereabouts. 

Elizabeth Mae Mann, a student of University of Minnesota Twin Cities  arrived on October 24 and was putting up at a hostel in  the beach village from where she went missing from 5 am on Thursday. 

Acting on the missing report filed by the manager of Bunkd hostel at  St Anthony Prais-vaddo, Anjuna Police has lodged a missing report late  in the evening. 

Preliminary investigations have revealed that the girl was  staying alone in the hostel and had the habit to travel late night and arrive to her room the next day. >> See pg 3
