The hearing of the molestation case of the minor girl has been adjourned for July 4.
In his submission, the victim girl’s father stated that a thorough investigation was not conducted either by the CBI or the Crime Branch in the case. “The closure report does not reveal any investigation into the conduct of the school officials,” stated the father.
He brought to the notice of the court that there is clear evidence of sexual assault on his daughter and that no identification parade was conducted, despite the victim producing the photos of the two accused.
The father has urged the court to further investigate under Section 173(8) of CrPC.
