The Colva police have registered an FIR against a hotel waiter for allegedly stealing cash belonging to the owner and fleeing.
Rohan Kammar, a resident of Velim, reported that around 11:45 pm on February 15, at Torrados Cafe and Loonage, Colva, a waiter named Gaurav Shinde, a native of Andheri East, Mumbai, stole approximately Rs 30,040 in cash from his café and fled.
The Colva police have registered the case under Section 306 of the BNS.
