Woman hurt in accident

OLD GOA: A 27-year-old scooterist from Morlem-Sattari was injured after she was knocked down by a car at Santa Cruz.

According to Old Goa Police, Jyoti Tanodi complained that she was proceeding on her scooter (GA-11-B-6440) when she was knocked down by a car (GA-01-E-1718) from the rear. Jyoti fell off the scooter and onto the road and sustained injuries to her hand. Police is investigating the case.
