Workshop on black chillies
BICHOLIM: Sakhali MLA Dr Pramod Sawant has urged the farmers to bring back the era of green revolution by undertaking cultivation of different kind of agricultural and vegetable crops with the help of government schemes.
He was speaking after inaugurating a workshop on black chilli cultivation, organised by zonal agriculture office at Ravindra Bhavan, Sakhali. Scientist Dr P Rajiv, ZAO director Ulhas Kakode, Dr P N Singh, ZAO official Kishore Bhave, Ravindra Bhavan vice-president Anand Kanekar, director Abhay Jog and Kalidas Gawas were present.
Dr Rajiv guided on cultivation of black chillies, while Kakode and Bhave also guided.
Earlier, Abhay Jog welcomed while Anand Kanekar proposed the vote of thanks.
