SANGUEM
The Covid pandemic did not deter a high voter turnout, as 73.5% of the voters participated in the polls to Rivona ZP constituency in Sanguem taluka, which took place peacefully with no untoward incident being reported at any of the 28 polling booths.
The highest turnout was recorded at Booth 24, which incidentally is located in the hilly area of Nunem ward of Netravali, where 510 of a total 559 voters cast their ballots, recording a poll percentage of 91.23%. The lowest voter turnout (53.85%) was recorded at Cotarli-Uguem.
