PWD Minister Nilesh Cabral has stated that the second section of the four-lane cable-stayed Zuari bridge is likely to be inaugurated by September end, if all works proceed in the right direction.
Cabral was speaking along the sidelines of a function to distribute notes books to students at Carriamoddi ward in Curchorem.
