383 nominations valid on scrutiny, Monday last day for withdrawal

Around 380 nominations have been accepted so far out after scrutinizing a total 587 nominations that were filed till January 28.

Officials said 383 nominations had been found valid while 134 nominations were rejected and one had withdrawn.

Saturday was the day for scrutiny. Candidates can withdraw their nomination till Monday. At the time of going to Press, screening of nominations for Tivim, Cortalim, Navelim, Vasco, Dabolim and Canacona were still underway.
