BJP Goa Desk in-charge Ravi arrives in State, meets leaders, workers in Mapusa

BJP National General Secretary and Goa desk in-charge C T Ravi reached Goa from Chennai on Sunday, to meet State BJP leaders and workers. This is his first visit to Goa after taking charge as Goa desk-incharge.

C T Ravi was welcomed by Urban Development Minister Milind Naik at Dabolim Airport on his arrival. Others present were Mormugao BJP Mandal President Sanjay Satardekar and Municipal councillors Shashikant Parab, Leo Rodrigues, Damodar Kaskar and other BJP workers.

C T Ravi who is also the BJP National General secretary and MLA from Chikkamagalur, Karnataka was appointed as the Prabhari for Goa, Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu by BJP National President J P Nadda.

Ravi left from Dabolim airport along with Urban Development Minister for a BJP programme at Mapusa, to interact with Goa BJP leaders and karyakartas.

“Reached Goa from Chennai to meet BJP Goa leaders and karyakartas. Looking forward to working shoulder to shoulder with my distinguished colleagues. Jai Hind,” read a tweet by Ravi on Sunday.

“A Karyakarta born in a village of Chikkamagalur is today appointed as BJP4India Prabhari of Goa, Maharashtra & Tamil Nadu. I wholeheartedly thank Our President JP Nadda for giving me a big responsibility. I will further dedicate myself to the task assigned to me,” Ravi had tweeted on his appointment as Prabhari on November 13.
