Stating that the civic body’s anti-encroachment drive was selective, Congress spokesman Sanjay Barde said small stall owners and vendors have been targeted and all shopkeepers who have good rapport with the BJP have not been touched.
“Action has been taken on small gaddas while no action has been taken on encroachments carried out by big shop owners. All businessmen who are supporters of BJP are left out from the drive,” Barde said.
