BJP’s manifesto for the upcoming assembly elections will be released at the hands of Minister for Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari on Sunday, February 6.
On the same day, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address a virtual rally at 20 locations in the North Goa District at 4:30pm.
“The people-centric manifesto has incorporated grass root level suggestions offered by the people to the party through various mediums of communication,” says the press note issued by the BJP adding that the party’s had taken efforts to elicit public opinion via its public outreach programme 'Sankalp Peti' before drafting its manifesto.
“The thrust of the manifesto will be to carry forward BJP’s Golden Goa. BJP has been working towards Progressive Goa and has brought human and infrastructural development. In the last 10 years of BJP government in Goa and seven years at the Centre, the visionary policies of the BJP has ensured long term development for Goa,” added the press note.
The soon-to-be released manifesto will not be just a document but BJP’s commitment to the people of Goa, it said, adding that every suggestion and promise made in the manifesto will be executed after the BJP forms the government, yet again.
The party exuded confidence that Goans would once again shower their blessings and love on them on February 14 as they had completed nearly all the poll promises made during the last election.
