The BJP State president Sadanand Shet Tanavade expressed confidence that the BJP backed candidates will win at all seats in the fast-approaching municipals elections with comfortable margins.
The delimitation and reservations for the municipal areas have been already declared and elections are likely to be held in March-end.
Although the elections are not going to be held on party lines the BJP is planning to back candidates and will put in all efforts so that party panel comes to power in these local bodies.
Meanwhile, Tanavade announced Ex-Servicemen Cell with a list of committee members that have been formed ahead of 2022 assembly elections.
"Jawans are really involved in the security of the country so we have decided to form a cell," said Tanavade.
BJP also observed the death anniversary of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay.
