TMC Benaulim candidate Churchill Alemao has filed a complaint with the Election Commission seeking FIR against the persons who have made and circulated the video.
In his complaint Churchill has named Aam Aadmi Party and TV channel Hindi Khabar and demanded FIR against them.
Churchill Alemao has also demanded that the video should be immediately removed from all social media platforms.
He has seeked Strict action against AAP for violation of silent period and a public apology by both AAP and Hindi Khabar.
