Minor girl ends life in Tivim

A 13-year-old girl ended her life at Dhamade-Tivim on Tuesday.The motive behind the suicide is not clear. The family of the deceased girl is originally from Bihar and had moved from Socorro to Tivim about 10-12 days ago.

Before that, the had also lived in Maharashtra. According to reports, the girl’s parents had gone to the health centre in the morning to get the Covid vaccine. When the father returned home in the afternoon, he found the lifeless body of his daughter in the room. He then informed the Colvale police and PSI Mandar Parab sent the body for an autopsy. Police is trying to ascertain the motive for the suicide.
