Two minor girls from Thane who had allegedly run away from home were found at the Margao railway station.
The Konkan railway police later handed over the two girls to their parents, who came to the Margao railway station late Monday night.
DySP Gurudas Kadam informed that the two minor girls had run away from their homes and headed to Margao. They had come with cash and gold ornaments.
He pointed out that the Maharashtra police, which had registered a case of kidnapping, came down last night along with the parents of the two minor girls and took their custody.
