A Royal Enfield Bullet motorcycle was reported stolen from the basement parking of Prabhu Signature building at Dabolim, resulting in a loss of around Rs 2.7 lakh.
In a complaint, Punit Pole of Dabolim said the theft is suspected to have taken place between February 12 and March 19.
The motorcycle had been parked in the basement of the residential building when unknown persons allegedly stole it.
Following the complaint, Vasco police registered an offence against unknown accused under section 303(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).
Further investigation is being carried out by head constable Gauresh Pandye of Vasco Police Station under the supervision of Police Inspector Vaibhav Naik and guidance of Mormugao DySP Gurudas Kadam.
