CANACONA
The villages of Loliem, Agonda and Khola in Canacona taluka will face a power outage due to urgent line maintenance works by the electricity department.
According to a public notice issued by Assistant Engineer (A&M) of Canacona Electricity office, the 11 KV Agonda Feeder will be shutdown for line maintenance works on Friday (February 16) from 9 am to 2 pm. The villages of Agonda and Khola will have no power supply during this time.
On the same day, the 11KV Loliem Feeder “ Part will be shutdown from 9 am to 2 pm and the areas at Xendrem, Madditolop Petrol Pump, Dr Pawaskar residence, Jose Bar Area and Fishland will have no power supply during the shutdown.
On February 21 (Wednesday), the 11 KV Loliem Feeder-Part will be shut down for urgent line maintenance work and there will be no power in the areas at Agas, Loliem Bazar, Pedem, Hari Mohandas Lolienkar House and Loliem Church.
The electricity department has sought public cooperation and to bear with them till the works are successfully completed.
