Both the college officials were on Thursday suspended following GU’s intervention into the matter. The GU’s Executive Council had also resolved to ask the College that disciplinary action should be initiated for the award of an appropriate (major) penalty by considering the gravity of the situation and the seriousness of the issue involved.
Da Silva as head of the Kare College was in charge of conducting the GUCLAT 2023 examination but manipulation in the entire process was thereafter exposed leading to the suspension of the duo.
