BICHOLIM
A youth from West Bengal was arrested on charges of stealing a scooter from Bicholim.
According to Bicholim SDPO Jivba Dalvi, Sanjay Hoble of Mulgao-Bicholim had filed a police complaint stating that his Activa 4G scooter had been stolen from his residence at Bicholim.
In this connection, Bicholim Police Station registered an FIR under section 303(2) of BNS.
A police team was formed consisting of ASI Ramdas Tari, PC Dayesh Khandeparkar, PC Vishal Parab and the accused Soriful Mondal (25) of West Bengal was traced along with the stolen scooter at Mayem-Bicholim. He was placed under arrest.
ASI Ramdas Tari is conducting investigation under the supervision of Bicholim PI Dinesh Gadekar and Bicholim SDPO Jivba Dalvi and overall supervision of North SP Akshat Kaushal.
