PANAJI: The 4th Energy Transition Ministerial Meeting, a significant global gathering of policymakers and industry leaders committed to advancing sustainable energy solutions, is set to witness an exciting side event ‘Electrify Goa (EV) Rally’ on July 22.
The rally will commence from Santa Monica jetty, Panaji and culminate at the prestigious Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Stadium, Bambolim. The event will showcase the State’s commitment to clean energy and sustainable transportation.
The rally, organised by the Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) and G20 Goa Secretariat will bring together participants from various backgrounds, including EV enthusiasts, runners and cyclists with an aim to highlight the potential of electric vehicles in reducing carbon emissions, promoting a greener future and supporting sustainable mobility. The EV rally will provide a platform for EV manufacturers, technology providers, and enthusiasts to showcase their vehicles and share knowledge about the latest advancements in electric mobility. It will also serve as a forum for dialogue on the challenges and opportunities in scaling up EV adoption and establishing robust charging infrastructure.
