Goa recorded 17 more Covid deaths even as the mortality count went further up to 2727. Of the 17 deaths, 11 were recorded at GMC, three at South Goa District Hospital and three at two private hospitals in South Goa.
The State also recorded a significant reduction in positivity rate with 576 i.e. 14.09% of the 4,086 samples testing positive on Friday. With 1160 recoveries, the active Covid count of the State further dropped to 9099.
