The committee of Goa Legislative Assembly which isconducting inquiry into the alleged nexus of drug mafia with the police and thepoliticians in the state on Friday said it had got some vital clues.
"We have got vital clues...You will come to know in afew days," committee chairman Fransisco Mickky Pacheco said here.
"Whoever was smuggling out (seized) drugs from thegovernment coffers will also be exposed," Pacheco said.
In some recent cases, police officers were accused ofselling back the seized drugs to the mafia.
Goa Police's crime branch has submitted its probe papers tothe committee.
Pacheco said that there were 10 boxes, with 10,000 documentsapiece.
The House committee would also probe allegations ofinvolvement in the drug trade against Roy, the son of former Goa Home MinisterRavi Naik.
