Francisco “Mickey” Pacheco has been convicted under Sec 323of Indian Penal Code; however, he has been released under Sec 3 of TheProbation of Offenders Act 1958.
Pacheco was convicted of having assaulted a junior engineerwithin the Electricity Dept., Kapil Natakar on July 15 2006 in Mickkey'sofficial chamber.
Mickkey, at that point of time, was Minister for Agricultureand Animal Husbandry.
