Page 50 of the Pendse Commission Reportstates “The functioning of Goa Cricket Association from 1987 to 2002 especiallyin respect to financial matters state that Narvekar, Phadke and Shankardasusedthe funds as their private property and did not maintain proper accounts”.
Page 21 The Report lists how “neither theaccounts were audited for the period 1997-200 nor was the Annual GeneralMeeting conducted to adopt these audited reports”.
Page 67 Narvekar and Phadke were directlyinterested in secretly printing, marketing and selling the tickets and wholeexercise was carried out in a secretive and suspicious and were involved in theprinting and distribution of fake tickets.” The report states that Narvekar “was the supreme commander yet claims tobe without responsibility” yet he tried to excuse himself.
Narvekar, Phadke and Shankardas “hadconspired to make unlawful gain by printing and distribution of bogus tickets”.
