Abrupt stop to highway work in Porvorim

As of now, Porvorim is in the throes of a nightmarish traffic congestion leading to chaotic conditions especially at the Holy Family church junction and CHOGM road. One can imagine the plight of the commuters and motorists if such construction work goes on  in an unplanned manner.
