Getting rid of other filth dumped in the State

Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant latest propaganda is to get rid of anything Portuguese from Goa and my query to him is what about the casino culture, which surely is worse and is destroying Goa and its society; not to mention all the filth/waste/sewage that they dump without any fear into the rivers. Is it ok to keep the casino culture because it was not introduced by the Portuguese?
