Cattle are found straying onto roads all over Goa. Theyblock the smooth flow of traffic and pose a hazard at night. In my opinion,cattle are social in nature. They mean no harm. The government can now think ofan open land to have a ranch where these cattle can be kept. It could be evenmore fitting if the government creates jobs (preferably call these postscowboys) to look after the impounded cattle. The cattle herded together on thegovernment ranch can then be punched. That is branded with the identifying markof ownership.
